1. welcome to kiddofest
by accessing or using kiddofest, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. kiddofest is designed to give families a private, joy-filled way to plan birthday celebrations, invite friends and family, and preserve precious memories.
2. family accounts & playbooks
account creators must be at least 18 years of age. you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your celebration events.
3. guest privacy & zero-account policy
invited guests are never forced to create accounts or download third-party applications. celebration hosts may share private links with their chosen invitees only.
4. keepsake memory books & user content
photos, audio notes, and messages uploaded during celebration missions remain your family's personal property. kiddofest does not sell, license, or monetize your private family media.
5. community safety & respect
kiddofest is a safe, family-first environment. any inappropriate content, harassment, or abuse will result in immediate termination of the event and access revocation.
